Order forms (including copies in Spanish) were sent home in each child's backpack on Tuesday 10/11. If you order between now and Friday, October 21, tickets are 4 tickets per $1.00.  On the day of the event, tickets decrease to 3
tickets per $1.00.  We are encouraging families to order now and save.  Parents may pick up their tickets at the Will Call under the "Big Top" at Fall Festival next Saturday morning. Tickets must be PAID IN FULL by Friday, 21 October. Parents bringing the order forms to the ticket table on Saturday, October 22 will be offered tickets at 3 for $1.00. Thank you for understanding this policy.

How many should I buy?
Each family budget is unique, but at the request of several parents, we offer the following guidance. Class booths are basically 3 tickets per event. Jumpie and Dunk Tank events are 8 tickets. Joust (a one versus one) air jumpie duel will be 16 tickets per
person.  Additionally, the 5th grade food court will be available for cash or ticket purchase. Overall guidance is to budget $15.00-$20.00 per person with an additional $5.00 cash for food and snacks from the FOOD COURT during the event.

Ways to Get Involved

Jumpies and Dunk Tank
We are looking better every day, but still need a few individuals to assist, especially with the dunk tank. We are hoping that a VERY WARM water supply will be available during the entire event, making it much more comfortable for our volunteers.  Please contact Kimberly Cooper at kcoop@bellsouth.net if you can help.

SET  UP SATURDAY AM.
Bill is still looking for volunteers to help set up the field, tables, chairs, etc., on Saturday the 22nd at 745AM.  We have A LOT to do for an opening at 10AM!  Please email Bill MacDonald at  billymac767@mac.com if you can assist.

Be a safe parker and a good neighbor

Be a safe parker! We all love that Kingsley is tucked away in a neighborhood, but  that means that we all need to be good neighbors to the residents who live near
the school.

Remember, this is a school event. That means that lots of kids of ALL ages will be coming, so the streets and school areas will have lots of pedestrians.

Please park on only ONE side of the street—simply follow the lead of previous families
who’ve parked. Since the streets are narrow, parking on both sides of the street
prevents emergency vehicles from getting through and makes it very dangerous. We
need to make sure everyone stays safe!

Do not block driveways or mailboxes! Last year, a resident’s driveway got blocked
and their moving van was not able to get into the driveway. As a result, they
lost more than $500 in fees. You never know what a resident has planned during
Fall Festival.

Only use parking spaces in the teacher parking lot (where carpool is run).  Only park on the curb if you are unloading supplies or dropping off  family members. This will ensure emergency vehicles can reach the field in the event an attendee needs medical  attention.
